This marks the beginning of a new phase of supporting early-stage startups now offering support to startups globally.My Town AI integrates AI, municipal data, and low-cost digital twin technology to revolutionize the future of work for local government operations, providing understaffed communities with real-time insights for faster, smarter decision-making and boosting productivity.My Town AI is a women-led startup that is rethinking how local governments, especially under-resourced and overlooked by technology, make decisions. The company was founded by Nichole Sterling, an innovator in AI and the Mayor Pro-Tem of a small town in Colorado, alongside her co-founder, Kavita Tipnis-Rasal, a leader in AI technology. Together, they saw an opportunity to use advanced technology to help local governments make smarter, faster decisions on key issues such as affordable housing, economic development, and climate resilience.
