Edmund is a Partner at DLA Piper, a global law firm, where he advises technology companies and investors at every stage of growth, from formation and early financing through late-stage investment, mergers and acquisitions, and successful exits. His work spans some of the fastest-evolving sectors, including artificial intelligence, cleantech/climatetech, blockchain, and industrials. Edmund received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from Georgetown University.
